Exchanges and returns

    EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

    Deadline : 15 days from receipt of order.

    Returns : Send us an email to info@petitesiesta.com indicating:

    • Order number.
    • Product(s) to be returned.
    • Reason for return (information that will help us improve our service).

    Once we receive the email, we will notify the courier to pick up the package:

    • Products must be packaged in their original packaging or similar.
    • It must be addressed to: BAPI IMPORT, SL, Avenida Neguri No. 15, Local Petite Siesta, 48992 Getxo (Vizcaya).
    • Unless you tell us otherwise, we will pick it up at the same address where it was delivered.
    • No exchanges or returns are allowed for personalized products.

    Exchanges : To make any exchange, whether for size or another garment, you must request a return and make a new purchase.

    Refund :

    • You will receive your refund using the same payment method used for the purchase within an estimated 10-15 days of receiving the product at our warehouse.
    • Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount according to the rates published in the 'Shipping' section of Petite Siesta ( www.petitesiesta.com ) except in the following cases, in which they will be free:
      • If the return is due to a product defect or an error in the order sent.
